  5. Σε προθεμανσμένο φούρνο ψήνουμε στους 170-180 για 30 λεπτά στα 20 λεπτά προσθέτουμε και τις νιφάδες καρύδας και ανακατεύουμε λίγο για να πάρει ομοιόμορφο χρώμα.
